Privacy Policy

Last updated: 3 September 2026

1. Who We Are

This website, no-win-no-fee.com ("No Win No Fee", "we", "us", "our"), is published by Edward & Amaury Solicitors (Edward & Amaury Ltd, company no. 12195443), a firm authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under number 800525. We provide general legal information about no win no fee arrangements in the United States and United Kingdom. We do not provide legal advice, no solicitor-client relationship is created by using this site, and — because the publisher is a practising law firm — this policy should be read alongside the interest disclosure on our About page.

2. Information We Collect

We do not run analytics, and we do not collect any information about your visit automatically. What we do collect is what you voluntarily give us:

  • Editorial contact: if you email our editorial or press addresses on the Contact page, we hold whatever you send us.
  • Claim enquiries: if you submit our UK claim form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the type of claim, and the description you provide of your situation.

3. Cookies

This site sets no cookies of any kind — not for analytics, advertising, or tracking. The only thing stored in your browser is a single local-storage flag recording that you have dismissed the on-screen cookie notice; it is not a cookie, is never sent to our server, and can be cleared at any time from your browser's site data settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

An editorial email is used only to respond to you — to log a correction, answer a factual query, or respond to a media enquiry.

A UK claim form submission is sent to Edward & Amaury Solicitors (Edward & Amaury Ltd), the publisher of this site, so they can contact you about a potential claim. Submitting the form is not itself legal advice and does not by itself create a solicitor-client relationship — see our Terms of Use.

We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your information with third parties beyond the recipient named above, and we do not use it for marketing.

5. Third-Party Services

We run no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts, so no usage data is shared with any third-party service. Claim form submissions are transmitted using Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-processing service that delivers your submission to Edward & Amaury Solicitors by email and does not itself set cookies on this site. If our use of third-party services changes beyond this, this policy will be updated first.

6. External Links

Our site contains links to external websites (e.g., the American Bar Association, Solicitors Regulation Authority, GOV.UK). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.

7. Data Retention

Editorial correspondence is kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Claim form submissions are retained by Edward & Amaury Solicitors in line with their own retention practices as a regulated law firm — contact them directly, or use the details below, for information about how long your claim enquiry is kept.

8. Your Rights

If you are in the UK or European Economic Area, you have rights under the UK GDPR and EU GDPR, including the right to access, rectify, or delete any personal data we hold about you. If you are in California, you may have rights under the CCPA. To exercise any rights, contact us using the details below.

9. Children's Privacy

Our site is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Contact

If you have any questions about this privacy policy, please contact us through the website.
